is offered for its strong aesthetic appeal. A
natural rough-hewn stone appearance enables the
kerbs to blend in particularly well in the
traditional or conservation environments. These
include, conservation areas, national parks and
environmentally sensitive locations. |
Conservation Kerb
Manufactured by Marshalls, the 'Conservation
Kerb' is (as the Countryside Kerb) offered for
its strong aesthetic appeal. Natural stone
kerbing, particularly granite, has for
generations been the preferred material for
urban streets of high architectural value. This
is due to the physical and aesthetic properties
of natural stone kerbs being perceived as of the
highest standard. Where financial
considerations outweigh the purely aesthetic, a
more economical alternative to natural stone can
be found in the Marshalls' Conservation kerb
